Board Meetings

ECE's Board of Directors usually meets the fourth Thursday of the month at East Central Energy Braham Headquarters, 412 Main Ave. N., Braham, MN 55006. Call 1-800-254-7944, extension 8046, to verify date and time.

The board will provide time on its agenda for any member who wishes to discuss business with the board. Members desiring to discuss items of business with the Board of Directors are encouraged to contact the president/chief executive officer in writing at least two weeks in advance of the date of the board meeting.

To aid in this effort, the notification should include a description of the issue to be discussed and any recommended action to be presented. This will provide an opportunity for the board and staff to research the item of member interest.
