1 butternut squash, peeled and
cut into 1-inch cubes. Put in shallow baking dish.
Mix: ½ c. brown sugar
¼ c. butter, melted
1 T. flour
1 tsp. salt
½ tsp. cinnamon
Sprinkle mix over squash, then slice 2 apples and put on top. Cover and bake at 350° for one hour. Yields 8 servings.
