1 lb. hamburger
1 lb. ground pork or sausage
(depending on what you want for spice)
1 medium onion, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
1 ½ small packages ring noodles, cooked and drained
2 cans cream corn
1 can chicken rice soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
Preheat oven to 350°. Cook noodles, drain. Brown hamburger, pork and onion, drain. Add salt and pepper to your liking. Add noodles, cream corn, chicken rice soup and cream of chicken soup. Stir and bake in covered casserole for 30 minutes.
