Honey Mustard Salmon Foil Packet

2 lb. boneless, skinless salmon
Honey mustard sauce (see below)
1 T. fresh parsley, finely chopped


Honey Mustard Sauce
Whisk all the following ingredients together

c. whole grain mustard
¼ c. honey
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 T. fresh lemon juice
¼ tsp. smoked paprika
¼ tsp. Kosher salt
Pinch of black pepper

Preheat grill on medium heat. Line large baking sheet with aluminum foil. Spray foil with cooking spray. Lay salmon slab in middle of foil. Spread entire batch of honey mustard sauce on top of salmon evenly. Fold the foil over the top of salmon until completely covered and sealed. Transfer salmon packet to the grill and cook 12-14 minutes (depending on the thickness of your salmon). Open foil packet slowly to release the steam. Let exposed salmon cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until cooked through. Serve immediately.
