Alert: Unaffiliated bill payment service affecting East Central Energy Members
Please be aware: it has recently come to our attention that a third-party, bill-pay company, which is NOT affiliated with East Central Energy (ECE), is using our logo and contact information to market its online bill payment service to potential customers. We are NOT in partnership with the company in-question and have not authorized them to use our logo or materials. We recommend that ECE members DO NOT use non-affiliated, third-party services, to pay electric bills.
We offer secure online bill payment via SmartHub, as well as the option to pay electric bills by calling our IVR (Interactive Voice Response) telephone system. Members may also pay by mail or in-person at one of our service centers, or by using and ECE drop box. ECE also offers payment services through MoneyGram.
