Casserole

Serves approximately four
Ingredients:
1 bag (16 ounces) frozen vegetable combination
(broccoli, cauliflower, and carrots), thawed
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/3 c. sour cream
1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1 can (2.8 ounces) French Fried onions
Preparation Instructions:
In a casserole dish, mix together vegetables, soup,
sour cream, cheese, and half can French Fried
onions. Put remaining half can of French Fried
onions on top. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
