Butterfinger Chunkies

Yield two dozen
Ingredients:
1/2 c. butter, softened
3/4 c. sugar
2/3 c. brown sugar, packed
2 egg whites
1 1/4 c. crunchy peanut butter
1 1/2 c. vanilla
1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
5 (2.1 oz.) Butterfinger® candy bars
Preparation Instructions:
Cream the butter and sugars together until
light and fluffy. Add the egg whites and beat well.
Beat in the peanut butter and vanilla. Combine the
flour, baking soda, and salt. Add to the creamed
mixture and mix well. Stir in the chopped candy
bars. Shape dough into 1 1/2 inch balls and place on
greased baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to
12 minutes or until golden brown. Let cookies cool
on wire rack.
