Blue Ribbon Meatloaf

Serves approximately six
Ingredients:
1 envelope onion soup mix
1 c. sour cream
2 eggs
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 c. soft bread crumbs
2 strips bacon
Preparation Instructions:
Combine onion soup mix wit sour cream in a bowl; add
eggs, slightly beaten. Mix in ground beef. Sprinkle
in bread crumbs; mix well. Place in loaf pan. Lay
two strips bacon on top. Place in preheated 500
degree oven, then reduce heat to 375 degrees and
bake approximately one hour.
