Headquarters with Energy Smarts

The Donlin Company needed reasonable-priced land to build their modern new headquarters and manufacturing facility. They needed a strong partnership to help them get this big undertaking done. ECE developed the 350-acre St. Cloud Airport Business Park together with the City of St. Cloud and St. Cloud Opportunities. It was the ideal location for Donlin. They also turned to ECE for energy efficient lighting - using high max T-8 fixtures. This more than doubled the light output per watt compared to metal halide lights. Donlin also took ECE's energy advice and installed a 13+ Seasonal Energy Ratio (SEER) roof top air conditioner.
