Storage water heating is a
cost-effective way to meet your hot water needs.
Plus it saves you up to 59 percent on your water
heating costs with our special 4.2 cent per kWh
rate. We even provide the metering equipment free of
charge for measuring your storage-water-heating
kilowatt hours.
How Does it Work? You store a larger quantity of water that's heated by the off-peak controls during an eight-hour, off-peak period (usually 11 p.m. to 7 a.m. - when you're sleeping.) We base the water heater capacity on the size of your family or business to meet your specific hot-water needs for the 16-hour, off-period. (See chart below.) No venting is required with electric water heating. Requirements:
