Members give ECE high scores for overall satisfaction
A message from ECE Director Linda Laitala

One of the most rewarding parts of being your District 5 Director is keeping in touch with members. That's why I was very excited but not surprised to learn that ECE members gave their co-op a high score for overall satisfaction in the residential telephone survey completed this fall.

The mean score of 8.78 on a 10-point scale places ECE above the norms for electric cooperatives. A score of 83 on the American Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI) puts ECE among the top-rated utilities and much higher than the industry average.

I'm a business owner; I've found that I do a better job of serving my clients when I evaluate their expectations and learn how well I measure up. ECE's customer satisfaction survey is and equally valuable tool for the staff and the board of directors at your co-op. The information it provides is used to modify and improve the service ECE delivers to you.
