East Central Energy to hold 69th Annual Meeting April 9

Co-op's theme this year is spotlight on saving

BRAHAM, Minn. - East Central Energy will hold it's 69th annual membership meeting, Saturday, April 9 at East Central Schools near Banning Junction, east of Finlayson, Minn.

A pancake breakfast for ECE member-owners and guests begins at 7:30 a.m. and the business meeting convenes at 9:30 a.m.

"This is a time for our members to check in with the board and management to learn how their cooperative is doing," says Garry Bye, ECE president & CEO. "This year's theme is spotlight on saving. ECE members tell us how much they appreciate efforts by their co-op board and employees to help them save money both in operating their electric cooperative and through energy management programs for their homes and businesses."

The meeting also features entertainment, prizes and many informative displays where members can learn more about safety, energy conservation, renewable energy and other topics of interest to consumers. To help the area food shelf, ECE invites members to bring a food donation along to the meeting.

For more information, members may call toll-free, 1-800-254-7944.
