Deposit/Letter of Credit

We require a deposit if our credit reporting agency states a deposit is necessary. The deposit is twice the average monthly electric bill for the account. If no average bill is available, then the deposit is $180 for a residential account or $500 for a small commercial account.

Outstanding Balance and Deposit

If you have an outstanding balance with ECE the outstanding balance plus the deposit will need to be paid before we can provide service.
